Tilicho Lake Treks. Tilicho Lake situated highest point in the world. It is 4919 m high in north side of the Mt. Annapurna (8091 m) and just below Tilicho Peak (7134 m). North side 10 KM rock wall, ice and snow from Lake. This is naturally very beautiful as well as water stocking at mountain. If you staying one site and watching to the lake you may losing everything just continuous looking, might be forgotten all the hardness to reach there. The size of Lake is Maximum width- 1.2 KM, Surface area-4.8 Sq.KM, Average depth-85 m, Surface elevation 4919 m. Hindus Pilgrimage from around the world visit here as it mention in the Hindu epic Ramayan- holy book of the Hindus. Normally Hindus travel at summer and monsoon season.
Tilicho Lake trek starts from Chamje along the Marshyandi River, with great view of Mt. Manaslu (8156 m), and HimalChuli (7871 m) ranges in right side before Chame. The Pisang Peak, Annapurna II-7937 m, Annapurna III-7555m, Annapurna –IV 7525m, Gangapurna-7455 m, Chulu east-7200 m, Tilicho Peak-7134 m, Singu Chuli-6501m, PisangPeak-6092 m are spectacular view on this trek. After Manang start to Khanshar Village (the last settlement of Manang), To reach Tillicho Lake is small challenging walk with looking mountain and some part is challenging and need to chasing with falling stones. Tilicho Base Camp-4200 m and Excursion to Tilicho lake- 5200m (view-point) and back down to Base Camp the Trek to Yak kharkha/Letder and take Annapurna Circuit path. Thorong-La passes 5416 m. The early morning start walk to Pass and once sunrise in Mountain can view very closely and spent 10/20 minute and take picture and try to keep this view in heart after down to Muktinath 3710 m (holy temple for Hindu and Buddhist) and Jomsom-2800 m then flight to Pokhara end the trek. Or you want to make longer to the Tatopani (hot spring), Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp Trek.

Outline Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu.
Our staff meet group at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu then drive to Hotel. Check in Hotel and briefing about trip.

Day 2 : Full day guided sightseeing at Kathmandu valley.
Sightseeing at Swoyambhunath monastery, Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath monastery and Kathmandu Durbar Square then walk street to Thamel.

Day 3 : Drive to Besisahar (760m) 6 hours.

Day 4 : jeep drive to Chame (2710m).

Day 5 : Trek to upper Pisang (3300m), 6 hours walk.

Day 6 : Trek to Manang (3500m), 6 hours walk.

Day 7 : Rest day excursion around Gangapurna glacier then back to tea house.

Day 8 : Trek to Khanshar Village (3700m). 5 hours walk.

Day 9 : Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4200m). 4 hours walk.

Day 10 : Excursion Tilicho Lake view (5200m) around Lake and back to same tea house. 6 hours walk.

Day 11 : Trek to Letder (4200m), 8 hours walk.

Day 12 : Trek to Thorong la High Camp (4800m), 6 hours walk.

Day 13 : Trek Thorong-La Pass (5416m) cross and down to Muktinath (3710m), 9 hours walk.

Day 14 : Trek to Jomsom (2800m), 6 hours.

Day 15 :  Flight to Pokhara and afternoon sightseeing around Pokhara.

Day 16 : Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus.

Day 17 : Final departure
