Nar Phu Valley Trek, Nar Phu Valley, Hidden Nar Phu treks is hidden valley in the north corner of Annapurna region at Manang district. It is beautiful trek trial with unique cultures, natural, religious belief and typical life style of the people. The path to trek remote village Nar and Phu as narrow canyons, lovely forest, amazing rock formation, up and fallow to river bank. This is newly opened trial for tourist. These two villages are unique lifestyle, natural beauty of Snowy Mountain and highest settlement. Their local villagers are far from transport, city life, they have very little farming and Yak/Cow farming is most income and YARSAGOMBA (caterpillar-fungus) collection at June/July then sale to Market is enough local people for yearly survive however local people life is smiley, honest, hard-working, very primitive lifestyle. There is local school for basic schooling.  Trekkers need special permit from Government for visit this area.

Nar Phu Valley Trek, Nar Phu Valley, Hidden Nar Phu treks starts from drive Kathmandu to Besisahar and Chamje 9 hours drive then start trek. The trek path is same as Annapurna Circuit trek. After arriving to Koto then cross bridge to steep portals of the Nar Phu valley is easily missed, but although the entrance is narrow and jungle, the valley system above opens up to a huge expanse of high snowy mountain, ancient village and high altitude grazing settlement. Famous Buddhist pilgrimage monastery at Phu TashiLakhang Gompa and receive blessing from Lama Rimpoche Karma Sonam Exploring at Phu village(4040 m) then forward up to Nar village (4150 m) exploration then starts for Kang-La Phdei (4500 m) and crossing Kang-La (5315 m) then down Nagwal village (3660 m) and Manang. After this trip can join Annapurna Circuit (Throng-La Pass 5416 m) and Muktinath down to Jomsom and flight to Pokhara.

The spectacular mountain view of Pisang peak, Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Singu chuli, Tilicho Peak, Chulu east, Chulu west and Pisang Peak are major attraction.

Outline Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu.
Our staff meet group at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu then drive to Hotel. Check in Hotel and briefing about trip.

Day 2 : Full day guided sightseeing at Kathmandu valley.
Sightseeing at Swoyambhunath monastery, Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath monastery and Kathmandu Durbar Square then walk street to Thamel as well as prepare for trekking.

Day 3 : Drive to Besisahar (760m). 6 hours.

Day 4 : Drive to Chanje then Trek starts from Chanje to Dharapani (1960m) 6 hours walk.

Day 5 : Trek to Koto (2610m) 5 hour walk.

Day 6 : Trek to cross bridge and fallow Nar Phu River Meta (3560m). 7 hours walk.

Day 7 :  Trek to Kyang village (3840m). 5 hours walk.

Day 8 : Trek to Phu village (4050m). 4 hours walk.

Day 9 : Rest day, Excursion walks to Tashi Lakhrang Monastery.

Day 10 : Trek to Nar Phedi (3695m). 6 hours walk.

Day 11 : Trek to Nar village (4150m). 4 hours walk.

Day 12 : Trek to Kangla Phedi (4500m), 3 hours walk.

Day 13 : Trek to Kangla Pass (5315m) then descent Nagwal Village (3660m). 9 hours walk.

Day 14 : Trek to Manang (3500m), 5 hours walk.

Day 15 : Trek to Letder (4200m), 6 hours walk.

Day 16 : Trek to High Camp (4800m), 6 hours walk.

Day 17 : Trek Throng-La Pass (5416m) cross and down to Muktinath (3710m), 9 hours walk.

Day 18 : Trek to Jomsom(2800m), 6 hours walk.

Day 19 : Morning Flight to Pokhara afternoon Flight to Kathmandu.

Day 20 : Drive to airport for Final departure.
