Mardi Himal Trek
The Annapurna range in central Nepal is home to some of the world’s most iconic mountain landscapes and intersected by one of the country’s most popular trekking routes. For those looking for a less-travelled and gentler glimpse of this spectacular landscape, the great views of Himalayas including Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri range and different villages. The 4-5 day Mardi-Himal trek is perfect.
Slightly more rigorous than your average mountain hike, the trek consists of walking up and then along a ridge that juts into the Annapurna to a viewpoint perched at the end of it. Stunning views of the lesser-known side of one of the range’s most famous peaks – the 6993 meter-high Machhapuchhre (Fish-tail) alone make the trek worth doing.
The first section of the consisted of a lot of stone steps, going up, and fields and village of Dhampus, Potana (ACAP check post), Deaurali, Forest camp, low camp and high camp then back down.
Day 1 : Arrival Kathmandu and transfer to selected hotel.
Day 2 : Drive to Pokhara by Tourist Bus overnight at hotel.
Day 3 : Drive to Phedi and trek to Prittam- Deaurali 2050 meter.
Day 4 : Trek to Low Camp 2970 meter.
Day 5 : Trek to High camp 3700 meter.
Day 6 : Early Morning excursion hiking to Mardi Himal Base Camp 4500 meter then back to hotel relax with nature views.
Day 7 : Trek down to Sidhing village 1700 meter.
Day 8 : Drive back to Pokhara evening enjoy ending trip, can be end here and you can do your own or back to Kathmandu.
