We organize the pickup from your hotel for 25 minute drive to Indraini through the Boudhanath monastery, Gokarna and Thali to Indraini. The start your day hike to green valley views, jungle and local village till the Changunarayan Temple. The hiking trial from Indraini to Changu Nagarkot gradually upwards farms, village, local villages. This part is rich with deciduous forest, Changunarayan Temple which is list in UNESCO world heritage site. It is pagoda style Hindu temple in Nepal around 1800 hundred years old. Then again crossing this place and flat walking to village and after village we walk at jungle with viewing both side from hill top one is Shankhu side and next side is Bhaktapur site. Continuous walking towards Nagarkot and after jungle we see village where you can enjoy with Tamang culture and their living culture.

We will have lunch on the way and still walking to upward finally we reach Nagarkot and can be great view of time and can see panoramic view of snow-cap Mountain such as Gaurishankar, Langtang lirung, and many more mountain and far way downhill villages. Then you will be drive back to your hotel or you can spend a night at Nagarkot for panoramic view of Himalayas then next morning drive back.

Day Hiking Nagarkot is most popular hill station very close on the eastern side of Kathmandu. It is just 32 km from Kathmandu, at an altitude of 2170 m and can be reached by driving of 1 and half hour. The road goes past fields where they harvest rice, paddies and potatoes. One can see the panorama of the Himalayas ranging from the Dhaulagiri in the west to Kanchanjunga in the east including Mt Everest ( you will see Mt Everest only as a dot on the horizon but with a binocular you can have a good view of it ) . The other ranges you will see are the Langtang, Dorje Lakpa and the Gaurishankar ranges .The sunrise and sunset on the Himalayas seen from this hill could be a life time memory for you.
