Bardiya National Park Tour


Wilderness is the relatively unexplored on deep jungle of Bardiya National Park. It is for people who accept challenges, unique wildlife adventure.  It is located on Babai valley and western part border is Karnali River and eastern part border is Chisopani. This park is famous for Royal Bengal Tiger. It is most undisturbed wilderness area with provides excellent habitat for most of the endangered species of wildlife and birds.  The following major wild animals are rhinoceros, wild elephant, Royal Bengal tiger, Swamp deer, Blackbuck, Gharial Crocodile, Gangetic Dolphin. More than 30 different mammals, over 400 species f birds many snakes, lizards, different kind of fishes, can be seen in forest area, grass land area and river sites. The languor monkey, common leopard, jungle cat, fishing cat, large and small civets, mongoose, hyena, wild dog, barking dear, jackal, sloth bear, otter, porcupine, bandicoots, blue bull, wild boar are common wild animals.  The park is one of the best places to view the most magnificent of cats, the royal Bengal tiger.  In jungle walk activities and river bank walking time can seeing tiger.  Tiger see/watching chance is 80% but dependent on season.

Outline Itinerary

Day 1 : Pick up from Nepalgunj airport or Ambassa bus stand then transfer to hotel. Welcome drink, refreshment briefing about trip and hotel facilities. Tharu village and museum, crocodile and Elephant breeding centre and local village tour for the first day program. .

Day 2 : Morning bird watching, Elephant safari, jungle walk and Dolphin Watching tour program for 2nd day.

Day 3 : Tours around Local village and after breakfast drive back to your destination.
